Private Training is limited to Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday

Start Times:
~Mondays between 6:00 or 6:30pm start times
~Tuesdays between 7:00 or 8:00pm start times
~Wednesday between 2:30 and 4:00pm start times

Please note we are typically booking privates a few weeks to a month in advance as they fill up quickly. All private training will take place outdoors at this time.

Virtual Behavioural/Training Consult

A single, online, virtual session consult. One hour in length. We can help to address new puppy issues, minor behavioural issues, and start training plans. This is not the same as in-person training, but gives you a good head start during this time of social distancing. Video homework and written homework can be provided.
Cost is $75.00 plus HST

Smart Puppy Private Training

Single Hour Outdoor Private Session (up to 20 weeks of age):
We will help you with a schedule, supervision, equipment needed, crate and other important information that pertains to puppies. We focus on house training, which isn't just going to the bathroom outside, it includes manners in the house, how to handle play, crate and more.
Cost: $150.00 plus HST for the initial session (initial session runs 1.5hrs)
Each additional session is $100.00 plus HST (additional sessions run 1 hour in length)

Smart Puppy Plus (up to 20 weeks of age)
Single Outdoor Private Session (1.5hrs)
Online Puppy Course with 6 Months Access
Cost: $200.00 plus HST for the package

Smart DOGS Private Training

20 weeks of age and up

A single session, with the option of adding more sessions where needed, that gives you a fantastic head start on house training, crate training, behavioural work and more! We cover a ton of important information over the 1.5-2 hours that this session runs for. These sessions are tailored to the individual needs and requirements of the owner/dog and vary from dog to dog in what is covered and utilized.

For Behavioural Problems:  Problem solving for specific behavioural problems that can arise. More then one session may be required. Addressing such issues as anxieties, pushiness, fear, resource guarding, overall manners and response.

We supply handouts/videos to reference back to for homework.

Cost: $200.00 plus HST for the initial session (initial session runs 1.5-2hrs)
Each additional session is $125.00 plus HST (additional sessions run 1-1.5hrs)

NOTE: once you've been in contact with us and have had the initial session, we will advise from there how many more sessions, if any, are needed, depending on the complexity of the issues.

Private lessons are available on a by-appointment basis.

We recommend that you follow through with homework, our guidance, direction and train each day as instructed with consistency to get the most out of our training packages.
*Please note, training progresses on an individual basis - some dogs learn faster than others. Often times, to improve behavioural problems or even minor training issues, it takes changing how the owner handles and interacts with the dog in order for training to be effective.
We guarantee that your dog will learn from our programs and improve their skills.
We can not guarantee the outcome of our private training programs as it is up to you, the owner, to put the work in to get the most out of training.
